Here´s a brief overview of the most frequent asked questions and the accordant answers:
What about the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts up from 12:30 p.m. – Check-out should be at 10:00 a.m. Provided, that you would like to get the best out of your stay in our hotel on the last day and feel up for a trip out in the nature or town, you may feel free to leave your luggage at our premises.
What kind of credit cards do we accept?
Well, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, and EC-Card.
What about the conditions when it comes to cancellations?
If you send off your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the arrival day, you won´t be charged with any cancellation fee. In such events, where you find yourself in the position to cancel your reservation within 14 days prior to the arrival date, we will claim the deposit paid from you. When it comes to cancellations without any prior deposit made or in cases where you arrive later than planned or need to leave earlier than planned, we will charge you with the costs incurred for one night anyways, however, you won´t be charged for more than one night in afore-mentioned cases.
What about WiFi or access to internet in general?
You´ll be provided with a fast and free internet access, i.e. a WiFi connection in all of our community rooms.
What about the times concerning lunch and dinner?
Our lunch includes a veggie buffet along with a pasta- or rice dish according to you your own wishes. When it comes to the first course and the main course, you may choose between meat or fish – please consider that the lunch time is between 12:30 and 13:30 o´clock. Dinner time starts at 19:30 and ends at 20:30 o´clock. The dinner comes up with all the trimmings, including a wide variety of starters and vegetable buffet. Moreover, you may choose a menu including a delicious dessert and home-made ice cream.
What about people with gluten intolerance?
If you suffer from a gluten intolerance, the staff of our hotel restaurant will pre-order gluten-free breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes.
Feel free to park your car in the parking lot reserved for the guests of Hotel Playa – there are only a few hotels, offering you the opportunity to park for free in the area of Duna Verde di Caorle.
May I bring my pet?
Yes. As long as they are not too big in size and you inform us beforehand.
